PDF Form Filler & Bulk Mail-Merge

How this tool works

Upload a fillable PDF and the tool automatically detects its form fields — text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns, and radio buttons. In "Fill one PDF" mode, fill in the values directly and download the completed form. In "Bulk mail-merge" mode, upload a CSV file whose header row matches the PDF's field names, and the tool generates one filled PDF per data row — useful for certificates, offer letters, or any document you need to personalize for many people at once.

Matching your CSV to the PDF

The CSV's column headers must exactly match the PDF's field names (shown once you upload the PDF). Any column that doesn't match a field name is simply ignored, and any PDF field not present in the CSV is left blank. For checkbox fields, use values like yes/no or true/false in your CSV.

Assumptions and limitations

• Only works with PDFs that already contain fillable AcroForm fields — it doesn't create new fields on a flat/scanned PDF.
• Signature fields are not supported.
• For a dropdown or radio field, a CSV value that doesn't exactly match one of the field's existing options is left unset rather than guessed.
• Bulk mode gives you one download link per generated PDF rather than a single ZIP file, to avoid adding an extra dependency for this tool alone.

Privacy by design

Your PDF and CSV are processed entirely in your browser using the same open-source PDF library that powers the Merge & Split tool. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
